- The Lamaze method was developed by French obstetrician Ferdinand Lamaze in the early 1950s and is one of the most common birthing programs today. You can learn this method by taking a series of classes. Childbirth has known to be a painful process but once a pregnant couple is prepared with right information and knowledge, it becomes easy smooth and positive birthing experience.
- Lamaze classes or birth preparation classes provide information and emotional support to pregnant couples to cope up with labor pain, birthing process and it also prepare Mother for memorable breastfeeding experience.

Why and when should we attend Lamaze or birth preparation classes?
Prepare yourself before you enter the labor room to ease out all anxieties, stress and myths related to labor and birth of your baby. These classes are delivered by Lamaze certified childbirth educator Dr. Deepika in the form of group sessions or personalized one to one interaction.
